In this episode Arquilla went undercover and stuck his fingers in the clogged toilets and bathtubs while meeting some of the most hardworking employees of the organization. He met Chris-a recovering alcoholic, Darrell – a hardworking employee with heart problem and Candace –a hard working mom of a child with special needs. The COO switched different jobs under the organization and failed in many of them.
But this episode really got interesting towards the end when Darrell whose disability claims was at first turned down by the company got reimbursement. Candace too got $5000 for a mortgage payment along with some help for her son. During his chat with Chris, Arquilla revealed that his father was also an alcoholic who died an untimely death.
